He continues to bring us more smiles and laughter then I ever could have imagined. He also continues to not stop moving. Ever. Eats more then his big sister, but burns it off immediately!
He's all over the place which reminds me that I haven't posted any video of him walking. Add it to my to-do list! He's been walking for some time now (I guess 2 months or so) but is officially a cruiser at this point. He's always movin'.
The best development from my perspective is the loss or win or departure of the bottle!!! YAY!! No more bottles! He was so stubborn and refused to take a sippy very well, despite my attempts since 6 months. Yes, that's right, seven months ago. But we are now proud to report that he's 100% on sippy cups. And can you tell, momma couldn't be happier. I can now have my countertops back!!! YES.
Did I mention his teething? We knew it was kicking into high gear again and I could see those canines swelling. Knowing it could still be months before they break through, but those are the worst! Well in the meantime his molars broke through. Unbelievable. On top of his teething he had a quick reaction to his measles/mumps vaccine and broke out in a ridiculous rash all over his body (luckily not contagious and a pretty common reaction), but a few days of a terrible itchy rash did not help his case. Luckily, all clear and back on track. Smiles a plenty.
So there you have it. 13 months and as happy as could be. We've had lots of holiday happenings around here and I need to start posting about it. Its more than time wouldn't you say?
So, here's to 13 months. My perfect little guy.
