Pumpkin Carving

First, just to throw it out there, a quick pic from Halloween.

More to come on that.

First, a little bit on our pumpkin carving night earlier this week.

Avery wanted to get to work.

chaos.  not a relaxing experience when there are large knives within reach and Holden is on the prowl.

Avery dove right in and helped Eric pulled out the pumpkin guts.

Holden wasn't so into it and got about this far...

Wouldn't touch the stuff.  Not that I blame him.


But that was all good since Holdie's pumpkin strategically involved absolutely no carving.

Avery's pumpkin involved some carving, some painting and even some decorating.  Cinderella's pumpkin carriage required a wee bit of work.

We finished for the evening.  Three done, one to go.

there's an "M" under all of those stickers somewhere.  Avery went to town.

Had to let this guy dry overnight.

"Ta Da"!  The next day Cinderella was ready to go.

And yes, Halloween was Cinderella-overload for us.
