Second - I'm hopeful I can continue my frequent postings on the blog! Sometimes I just kick them out and then other times it seems I barely update this thing! I'm really hoping I can stay on top of it.
SO - to the better stuff. Last week we had our first playdate with the Malcolm twins since Holden was born!! We are all used to it being the three girls and now we are adding a boy to the mix. Since he pretty much just lays there for now, it hasn't changed much quite yet, but I'm sure he'll add a new dynamic when he gets a bit mobile.
Avery decided she would throw a 30-minute tantrum since I wouldn't allow her to wash the baby bottles (they were already clean!) to start off our playdate. That was fun. She has quite a bit to learn in the hostessing department!!

As a "no blue eyes" household, you know I can't get enough of those gorgeous blue eyes!

Holden and the girls! I'll give you one guess as to who refused to be in the picture. Hmmmm....
We did get our standard picture of the three girls though. I can't tell you how many of these I have from over the last 26 months. They are hilarious to look back on.
But I do feel like it's always my girl who refuses to cooperate and smile for the camera.

This is the best one I had of Miss A :)

This one just makes me laugh - Claire (on the left) looks hilarious while Avery and Jilly stare away.

And this one sort of just wraps it all up - the Malcolm girls smiling away and my girl.....well, the photo speaks for itself! :)
We do just love our playdates. And despite what the pictures may display and how I described the event, Avery truly did have fun with the girls and loves having them over.
My proof - she took an almost 4-hour nap after they left!!
