As a continuation of last summer, I am consistent in my attempt to give Avery a summer in the city that would rival one in the suburbs. No, we don't have a built-in pool or a huge yard (fyi, a slab of concrete is much easier for upkeep!) but we do have Lake Michigan, the beach, amazing parks and a pretty "impressive" 10 X 6 deck! :)
We recently bought Avery a water play table for the back deck. She tried it out for the first time and I have to say, it was a bit of a success.
Avery even wanted Vlady to get in on the fun.
There was a lot of splashing involved.
Avery had a blast and we learned that next time a bathing suit is not optional - it's required!
