20 Weeks and more....

We hit the 20-week mark. Half-way home. Seems crazy, but another 20 weeks seems even crazier! Our ultrasound and doctor appointment went well. The little guy (I had the tech confirm) has long arms and legs and a large head....thanks Eric. Already seems to follow in his older sister's footsteps in the physical department. The best part was when the ultrasound specialist doctor was going through all of the stats, got to the head size, looked at Eric and said "well you have a nice sized head". hehe.

Big head and all - he is on his way!!

My doctor also told me to just ignore all those people who make comments about how big my tummy is for how far along I am (let me note, I didn't bring up the topic, she did!)....it is curious why complete strangers think they can say totally absurd things to pregnant women. When were we made available for public consumption?

Well if you think about it....my tummy needs to stretch a lot to be able to house the long-limbed, big-brained, boy growing inside of me. :)

Avery is a fan of my tummy. Not sure she quite gets that there's a baby in there, but she does love touching my belly.

Avery got a big girl Tigers hat this year. For some reason she especially likes wearing it while we read her before-bed book.
