Oh the little guy is 8 months old. Can you believe it?
His two bottom teeth are creeping through. He's active as can be, just not quite crawling yet. I was thinking he was a ways off from crawling, but just in the last fews days he seems to be much more interested in it. He gets on all fours and rocks back and forth. I've watched him via video monitor get on all fours and rocket himself into the side of the pack n play. Hilarious.
We just couldn't love this guy any more than we do. You just want to squeeze him to pieces.
His smile is contagious and simply surrounds you. He continues to be an incredibly happy baby and just our perfect little addition.
He eats like a monster but amazingly barely seems to gain weight. He's such a guy. *sigh*
I know these months just continue to fly and I have found myself holding on to him a little longer every night before I put him to bed. Just absorbing those moments with his head on my shoulder and that full little body weight on my chest. I know they speed by in seconds and before I know it he'll be running from my hugs.
For now, he gets all kisses and snuggles and I'm loving every minute.
