Jake's 8th Grade Graduation

The kid is heading to high school.  How scary is that?  Yep, he was born when I was in college.  Ugh.

I was trying to think back to the last big celebration for Jake and I think it was First Communion.....

WOWZA.

Then we jump to his 8th grade graduation.


Life is really crazy.

recipient of the academic award for his grade.  not too shabby.  must be genetic.  :)  

Then back to row 87, way in the back, after a two hour ceremony/mass, checking in on my Mr. Delirious.

Back at our place for a little lunch celebration.....Mr. Really Delirious and the graduate.

Yep. standard.

very debatable who is actually in control here.  my vote goes to H. 

 We tag teamed Jake's graduation with a little birthday celebration for Mr. 25 Years Old - Jer.


Cupcakes.  Basically what Avery lives for.

And that's that.  Jake will be a freshman in high school next year.  Can you say SCARY?  Wasn't I just a little frosh myself like a minute ago?  ok, probably closer to 20 years ago.....19 years to be exact.  geesh.

Congrats to Jake.  A soon-to-be freshman at Loyola Academy.
