End of School

June is one of those months that throws a lot of endings and a lot of beginnings at us.   So much fun and so much change at the same time.

How I miss school off for the summer.  The joy such a thing was.


Earlier in the month, Avery had her last day of school.  They invited parents, grandparents and siblings for a little get together.  I took the morning off of work and got to experience Avery in her element.  Since I don't drop or pick her up from school, it was a great window into her every day world that I'm not usually lucky enough to see.


Holdie, Grammy and I met up with the class in the gym (ahh, remember GYM!) where they were running around as I suppose they typically do for "gym class".   Holdie loved it.

And now we're on to summer camp!
