That mighty first haircut was looming, I was pulling out all of the stops, procrastinating as much as humanly possible. But I knew. I may have denied it in person, but I knew. It.was.time.
I don't look at myself as an overly emotional person, but he is my little baby after all. And that first haircut means he really is growing up, right? And like everyone says, it's just not the same after that first cut.
I made it to almost 29 months. Pretty impressive. Don't think for a second Eric didn't fight me the whole way. :)
So it is. My baby got his haircut.
Of course I documented the whole thing (and hopefully there's a video to come).

Once big sis got everything warmed up - it was time for the headliner.
Holdie.
At this point Eric exclaimed, "I can see his face!!!"
And this next one just makes me laugh. To his shoulder blades. Yup.
I didn't just pick out the good pics. He really was such a trooper. So calm and unaffected.
Don't think the Thomas the Train movie didn't help.
