Jake's Birthday Party

Baby uncle Jake had his 13th birthday party at a bowling alley over the weekend.  Avery had a BLAST.  

I mean, how cute is that??

Well, and in the "not so cute" category.....

It wasn't pretty and it wasn't good.

Ok, back to the cute.

So I'm all ready to take more pics. Wanted to get some of Jake's embarrassing older brothers (believe me, he asks for it), get more of my cuties having fun......and then this happens.....

They turn off the lights, blare the music, and my photo taking abilities were ended.  But, despite not having pics, it was a great party.  All of the 13-yr old boys had a blast.  We only had one minor meltdown when we went to sing happy birthday and Avery turned around and realized there were twelve 13-yr old boys behind her singing very loudly!  But after a quick recovery we were back on track and had a ball.
