More Technical Difficulties!

AAh!! Our internet woes continue. Last weekend was horrible and we thought we fixed it, and then of course, our internet was down all weekend. It has been so strange and would work at certain times, but not at others. We were determined to fix it, spent hours on the phone with IT help, bought a new wireless router, and the list goes on. And really, I can't believe how stressed I was from it all. I NEED NEED NEED the internet!

Oh and I forgot to add that our modem and IT hub are conveniently located in Avery's room. Lovely, right?

So last night, Eric was trying to fix the router and it was Avery's bedtime....what to do? I told Eric to keep working and I would try and get Avery to sleep in our bed - this was a huge risk because we have never done this before. So I am holding Avery in our bed, she's humming and has her arms around me, head on my shoulder and I'm thinking can we just PAUSE?! It was one of those moments that I wanted to really absorb and hold on to. I know there will be a day in the future when we are totally battling and she throw's out the dreaded four-letter word "HATE" in the same sentence with the word "YOU". Last night it was just me and my girl. Heaven. Oh, and she fell asleep. :) Moved her back in her bed a bit later without a peep.

So today after another trip to Best Buy, phone calls with the Geek Squad and Linksys we were still lost. We thought we had it fixed (it worked for periods of time) but it just wouldn't work. Then *light bulb* and my brilliant husband asks if it could be Avery's new monitor....oh my goodness, I bought a new monitor because the old one was dying and I thought it would be cool to try a new clearer better digital monitor. Immediately turned it off and "voila" the internet is back. The world is right!!! And taught me a little lesson too - sometimes newer better cooler isn't actually better and can totally screw up your life two weekends in a row!!

So I babble. On to the good stuff.

SO ladylike.

Not her greatest look. Totally understandable why she was upset. I mean, I would be mad if Eric wouldn't let me throw my cup of milk everywhere too.

Nike Shox perfect for teething.

High fiving daddy!
